Influencing Our World For Good & For God

We can’t do everything – but we can do something and this something we must do! Whether it’s through local community action, Christian education, International care, aiding in Social Justice, ministry & leadership training or University Outreach – our mission is to unmistakably influence our world for good and for God.

It's Not Ok Projects

Fighting Injustice. Alleviating Poverty. Restoring Lives. To be free from exploitation in all its forms is a fundamental human right. It’s Not Ok Projects stand up against the injustices of poverty, sexual exploitation and human trafficking by restoring the lives of those affected, and by replacing vulnerabilities with opportunities for hope. Our projects exist to restore, educate, equip, and provide hope to the oppressed, the vulnerable, the impoverished, and the at-risk. It’s Not Ok Projects includes the She Rescue Home and Sewing Centre in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Community Care

Love motivates us to act. Outside our walls are hurting, troubled communities that desperately need the compassion and love of Christ. We follow in the example and words of Jesus when it comes to being an influence in the community in which we are planted. Our mandate is simple and based in Proverbs and Isaiah… Proverbs 31: “Open your mouth for those unable to speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are left desolate and defenseless. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and administer justice for the poor and needy.” Isaiah 61: “… They will rebuild the ancient ruins
 and restore the places long devastated;
 they will renew the ruined cities
 that have been devastated for generations.” There has never been a better time for the Church to bring hope and help to those that live in our neighbourhoods. Our example is Jesus – who was, is and will always be about having eyes for the one.

Cultural Impact Team

Being "salt & light" requires knowledge of the culture we are seeking to influence as we fulfill the Great Commission and "make disciples of all nations." Being Biblical Citizens requires knowledge of Biblical principles and how to apply them to the world around us. We can and will a be the catalyst for restoring Biblical values in our neighborhoods, State, and Nation. The Cultural Impact Team exists to help bring education and healthy discussion around the state of our culture. Our next season of Biblical Citizenship Classes will run August 31 - November 2, every Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm. Click below to register.
