Here at Citipointe Church, we are commissioned to go and make disciples of all nations. And part of the Great Commission calls each of us to be the hands and feet of Jesus here on Earth. We are so excited to be serving our community and bringing the love of Jesus to those most in need.
Love My City is our church’s annual summer outreach, created to tangibly serve and uplift our local community through acts of love and service. Whether it’s through cleaning, vehicle maintenance, haircutting, or simply showing up to pray and serve, Love My City is our united response to being the hands and feet of Jesus in our city.

- The dates of service will take place on June 26th, June 27th, and June 28th.
- A nomination is not a guarantee that the project will be completed.
- We encourage you to reach out to nominees prior to filing out this form.
- All nominations are due by Friday, May 15th, 2026, and will be reviewed.
